Many of you will be visiting our school community for the first time and I hope that our website will provide you with all the information you need. We are situated on the north side of Bury,Lancashire and serve the Roman Catholic parishes local to Tottington, Ramsbottom and Bury.

We were designated as an outstanding school by Ofsted and the Diocese of Salford in Autumn 2011 and our young people, parents and staff are justifiably proud of what we achieve every day. St Gabriel’s is a thriving community where learning is central to everything we do, with ‘Christ at the Centre’. We have wonderful teachers and adults to support our young people as they grow in knowledge and in their faith.

Parts of our school may not look 21st century, but what happens within the classroom and learning spaces is. We aim to learn, love and believe in ourselves, our faith and in each other.
